Payment Terms
50% Advance Payment:
A 50% advance deposit is required to book and confirm your order. This allows us to begin production, reserve materials, and schedule your shipment.50% Balance Payment:
The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the order, before dispatch or shipment. Once payment is received in full, your goods will be securely packaged and shipped to your destination.
No Returns
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products — including customized safety apparel, workwear, and export orders — we do not accept returns once the order has been shipped or delivered.
We strongly advise reviewing product details, sizes, and specifications before confirming your purchase.
Custom or bulk orders are made-to-order, and thus cannot be returned or exchanged.
No Refund
We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all products sold on our website or through authorized sales channels.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Incorrect size selection by the buyer
Color variations due to digital screen display
Delayed shipping caused by customs or courier services
Minor design or pattern variations due to production batches
In rare cases of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery, customers may contact our support team within 3 days of receiving the product for review and resolution.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us immediately after placement.
